Project Ownership & Intellectual Property
This portfolio is a showcase of my engineering capabilities, problem-solving skills, and professional experience. It is not a claim of exclusive ownership over all projects listed.
1. Client & Employer Work
Many projects featured here were developed during my tenure at various companies or as a consultant for clients.
- Intellectual Property: The code, assets, and final products for these projects belong to their respective owners (employers or clients).
- My Role: I claim credit only for my specific contributions—whether that be architecture design, frontend implementation, performance optimization, or team leadership.
- Confidentiality: No proprietary code, trade secrets, or sensitive data have been exposed. Architecture diagrams and descriptions are high-level abstractions meant to demonstrate technical understanding.
2. Personal Projects
Projects explicitly marked as "Personal" or "Open Source" are my own intellectual property or are licensed under open-source licenses (e.g., MIT).
3. Fair Use
Screenshots, logos, and brand names are used here for demonstrative purposes only under the principles of fair use, to truthfully describe the nature of my work and experience.
